Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F, then cut potatoes into cubes, toss potatoes with olive oil and 1tsp each of salt & pepper.
2. Roast Potatoes for approximately 25-30min until cooked. Remove and let cool, then place in mixing bowl.
3. Add 1/4 cup of diced red onion, 1tbsp dried dill to bowl.
4. (Optional) add 1/4 cup bacon bits.
5. Stir in 1/2 tub of Super Awesome Dilly Dip and 1/4 cup Mayonnaise (more if you prefer salad creamier). Mix well.
6. Let chill before serving and garnish with dried or fresh dill and bacon bits.
